If a customer is not happy with their purchase they may obtain a full refund or a change of size exchange (subject to availability) within 28 days of receipt of the goods. This does not affect your rights. Satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of our ability.
Returning to LEO Dubai is easy by calling our team.
Full amount excluding sales taxes and delivery charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Please be aware that to receive a refund or exchange, the Product(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as received by you, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that do not adhere to the specified conditions outlined.
All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the packaging is properly protected.

Returns to LEO Dubai are free and simple to make. If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us within 28 days of receiving your order. Then, all that’s left to do is organise your collection.

Items should be sent back in the original, unused condition, with all LEO Dubai packaging and toe bag. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Merchandise sold during clearance (on sale) is not returnable.

All items returned to LEO Dubai must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

The espadrilles should be returned without markings to the sole or shoe box.

We ensure all products that leave LEO Dubai warehouse are in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our team immediately.
